Starting his career at just 15 years old in his local vocational cosmetology program—and spending his 16th birthday on his first official day in a salon—Hunter has been immersed in the industry from day one. With a cosmetology license in hand before even graduating high school, he quickly realized that success in this business isn’t just about talent behind the chair—it’s about strategy, systems, and knowing how to work smarter, not harder.
From stylist to salon manager, suite owner, brand educator, and now a full-time independent educator and podcaster, Hunter has seen every side of the industry and is on a mission to help others build businesses that don’t just survive—but thrive.
