Jorge Arellano, professionally known as Jorges Fades, is a respected figure in the industry, teaching aspiring barbers and stylists how to master their craft through powerful tutorials on social media. Born in Mexico and raised in a small Louisiana town, Jorge’s journey began in the blue-collar workforce. But four years after high school, he followed his passion and picked up the clippers. From building a tight-knit community locally to now inspiring a global audience, Jorge empowers barbers and cosmetologists everywhere with real skills and no fluff. His blue-collar
roots still run deep, and he recently started a new channel called “Jorges Jobs” where he works
with Industries outside of barbering, helping them recruit through content, highlighting their great work environment.
