Victoria is the Chief Operating Officer of Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men. During her 10 years at Lady Jane's, she has worked as a stylist, manager, and director of Operations, and has opened several new locations. Regularly traveling to locations around the country gives her a unique perspective on the industry. Victoria began her career in Cosmetology because it allowed her to help people look and feel their best, a passion that continues to drive her every day.
